Terms and Conditions for INFEKTIONS
By using the INFEKTIONS website, app, or services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws in India. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.
INFEKTIONS is a digital health platform that:
- Facilitates booking of lab tests and diagnostics
- Connects users with registered medical practitioners
- Provides health record management and access to reports
- Offers health education and preventive care services
All services are operated and managed by Xtratonic Healthcare Private Limited.You must be:
- At least 18 years of age, or under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian
- Competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
Minors using the platform must do so with appropriate adult consent.By using the INFEKTIONS platform, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information
- To not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform operations
- That you are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account and login credentials
- That any test or consultation requested is for lawful and medically appropriate purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if there is any violation of these terms.- INFEKTIONS partners only with NABL/NABH-certified labs
- Sample collection and test execution are handled by qualified phlebotomists or lab staff
- Test reports are digitally delivered via the platform and/or email
- Turnaround time is an estimate and may vary based on logistics or test complexity
- INFEKTIONS does not substitute a doctor’s diagnosis — consult a physician before taking any medical decision based on your report- For sensitive tests (e.g., HIV, STI panels), users are assigned a unique code/QR to maintain anonymity
- Reports are not labeled with name or contact details unless required or consented by the user
- Only authorized individuals can access the test result via QR or login- All consultations are provided by registered medical practitioners (RMPs) per the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020
- Medical advice is based on the information you provide and should not be treated as emergency care
- Prescriptions will be issued only after proper assessment and within legal limits- Payments are collected securely via payment gateways
- A test or appointment is confirmed only upon full payment
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Partial or full refunds may be applicable in case of:
- Technician no-show
- Service non-availability
- Lab reporting errors- All platform content, branding, UI/UX elements, and technology are the property of Xtratonic Healthcare Private Limited
- Users may not reuse, copy, or redistribute content without permissionINFEKTIONS is a facilitator and is not liable for:
- Errors or delays caused by labs, courier partners, or third parties
- Any interpretation or misinterpretation of your test report
- Any unauthorized access resulting from user-side negligence
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, unless caused by gross negligence of INFEKTIONSWe reserve the right to:
- Terminate your account in case of misuse, false information, or breach of terms
- Retain necessary medical records even after account deletion as required by lawThese Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India].Grievance
