  • At INFEKTIONS, we are committed to providing a transparent and legally compliant experience for all users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may request cancellations or refunds for services availed through our platform, in accordance with Indian consumer protection regulations and IT laws.

  • Refunds are allowed only under the following conditions:

    • Sample Not Collected: Due to service unavailability, logistics issues, or confirmed operational delays.

    • Doctor Not Assigned (Consultation): If a booked teleconsultation is not fulfilled due to non-availability of the consulting practitioner.

    • Duplicate Payment: If the same transaction was processed more than once.

    • Transaction Failure: If payment was debited but the booking confirmation was not completed.

    Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

    • After sample collection is completed.

    • Once a teleconsultation session has commenced.

    • On partially used or consumed health packages/tests.

    • In case of rescheduling by the user that results in no-shows or late cancellations.

    • Users must raise cancellation requests at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled sample collection or teleconsultation.

    • Requests may be submitted via the INFEKTIONS app, website, or official customer support channels.

    • Refund eligibility will be determined upon internal review of the cancellation request.

    • INFEKTIONS reserves the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:

    • Incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent user information

    • Service inaccessibility due to geographic, environmental, or regulatory issues

    • Technical disruptions or system failures

    • Unavailability of assigned personnel or inability to contact the user

    • In such cases, full refunds will be processed without requiring a separate user request.

    • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.

    • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

    • Delays caused by external payment gateways are not the liability of INFEKTIONS, but we will provide necessary support to resolve the issue.

    • All eligible refunds shall be processed through:

    • UPI / Internet Banking / Debit or Credit Card / Digital Wallets

    • Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances

  • INFEKTIONS reserves the right to revise this policy at its sole discretion. Continued usage of the platform after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
